The Intact Family Services Supervisor oversees services to families to have an indicated report of abuse or neglect and are at risk of having their children removed from the home. Our standards are high and the work is challenging, but in return, you will have the full support of administration and the backing of an entire organization. Intact Family Services Supervisor responsibilities include:
Provide oversight and leadership to a team of case managers and case aides
Provide consultation on individual cases on a regular basis
Evaluate staff performance
Ensure that DCFS performance standards are met and develop methods to enhance the quality of services
Provide back-up for team members, including providing services to clients when necessary
Masters Degree in Social Work or other human service field required.
Minimum of 5 years child welfare experience required, 2 years supervisory experience preferred.
Child Welfare Employee Licensure required.
Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
