This position is responsible for implementing the Vocational Development Program by providing education and skills training both on and off site, to individuals and groups, with a focus on job readiness. This position implements assessments to determine the individual's interests and needs and tracks progress during the instruction period. This position also coordinates with internal and external customers and staff, maintaining communication and feedback regarding progress, and completes all required paperwork, attendance, and billing associated with the provision of services in accordance with Sertoma policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's Degree preferred. * Minimum of one year experience working with individuals with disabilities. * Effective communication, both written and oral. * Valid driver's license, insurance, and a good driving record. * Proficiency in the use of computers, software applications, and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook.
