We are looking for a Talent and Engagement Partner to help us improve our candidate experience and grow our business!
WHAT YOU GET TO DO!
Develop staffing and engagement strategies including a comprehensive recruitment campaign and talent planning
Use traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, community network events, social media and other emerging sourcing trends to identify and attract quality candidates
Collaborate with HR Program Partners to coordinate screening resumes, interviewing, and administering appropriate assessments
WHAT ABOUT YOU?
This role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 1-2 years of prior recruiting experience, and 2 years of proven sales or community development/outreach experience. Why? Because we create and implement school-based programs that enable at risk children to succeed. Does experience or knowledge with recruiting in the nonprofit sector matter? Of course, it does… but don’t be discouraged if you don’t have it, but you know you have what it takes!
Exceptional and intuitive ability to generate recruiting leads and build a strong recruitment network for staffing needs
Ability to think creatively in a structured and organized fashion
Succinct and clear verbal and written communication skills - you will work with candidates as well as hiring program managers to meet recruiting goals
Amazing organizational skills- you will have a lot going on and we want to know you can keep things organized and process oriented!
