Job Description: Responsible for the preparation and service of meals, receiving and storing of food supplies, and sanitation related to these activities; may be asked to keep general records and/or inventory; follows and/or adapts recipes.
Duties: Assists in preparation, service, and cleanup activities; may perform other tasks related kitchen duties.
Previous experience in a food production operation
Ability to work independently
Regular kneeling, stooping and bending
Frequent lifting up to 50 LBS
Maintain compliance with Head Start Performance Standards
Food Handler's Certificate
Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus
Must be hard working, high energy, reliable, trustworthy, motivated, and a team player.
Must have the ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds.
