Provide assistance and support for Case Managers to meet service needs of clients. Provide transportation and supervision as requested to assist clients in attending and participating in visits and services. Must be able to demonstrate sensitivity to the service population's cultural and socioeconomic characteristics.
1Report any unusual incidents to the worker and supervisor.
3Assist case manager in transporting children to parent/child and sibling visits.
4Supervise parent/child and sibling visits and complete required documentation, form CFS502, pertaining to each visit within 48hrs to the worker.
5Be available to work evenings and weekends (unless otherwise requested)
6 Transports client on an as-needed basis.
7 Ensure children being transported are properly restrained at all times in age appropriate appropriate car seats.
8 Maintain drivers license and insurance to be current at all times.
9. Follow all safety rules and regulation at all times while operating personal vehicle while doing
10. Case Aid must receive approval for all transportation requests from Case manager Supervisor.
11. Case Manager Supervisor will be notified of all cancellations or changes as soon as Case Aid is made aware of them.
12. Case Aid will terminate visits if the safety of the participants are at risk; should also terminate visits if the interactions of the participants appear to be inappropriate. Upon termination of visit, case aid must consult with supervisor as soon as it is safe to do so.
13Attend monthly supervision.
14Actively participate in the agency's CQI Plan.
Must be available for transporting and supervising visits evenings and weekends.

Possess and maintain a valid Drivers License and possess safe and reliable transportation.
Possess and maintain adequate Liability Insurance for the vehicle.
Ability to supervise effectively.
Ability to provide for the individual needs of children.
Ability to provide help and support for foster parents of children in placement.
Ability to work effectively with parents of children in placement.
Ability to locate and utilize resources for all individuals in the child welfare system.
