Case Management/Social Services, Program Management
Provides clinical and administrative guidance to direct service staff. Develops and establishes intensive outreach strategies to maintain program capacity. Monitors delivery of behavioral health services and ensures continuous quality improvement in relation to program goals and standards. Coordinates and ensures appropriate crisis management services. Monitors program staff’s performance and the quality and documentation of their services. Responsible for training and supervision of clinical interns. Represents agency and program effectively in the community. Provides direct clinical services.
LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT credential required.
Two years of experience in community behavioral health setting.
Experience working in diverse, multi-ethnic populations.
Bilingual Spanish/English required.
Must have daily use of a car, current insurance, valid driver’s license, and a driving record acceptable to agency insurance carrier.
Flexibility to work on weekends, evenings, holidays during emergencies.
