Make approval for cycle menus that are developed by our Adult Day Service (ADS) operation assistant according to Child Adult Care Food Program’s (CACFP) guideline. Provide assistance to changes with the new dietary guidelines and meeting at least 33 percent of the Dietary Reference Intakes for one meal at mid-day.
Understand the requirement of the United States Department of Agriculture’s dietary guidelines and incorporate them into the cycle menu.
Review menus that are developed by our ADS Operation Assistant quarterly.
Send approved cycle menus back to ADS Operation Assistant after view with corrections and sign the name with RDN credential on the top right corner of the menu; send to Chinese American Service League ADS center in the returning envelope with stamped.
Work remotely from site and be available to communicate via telephone, e-mail or mail when needed.
