Little Friends is currently seeking a dedicated, direct care professional as a DevelopmentalTrainer/Sub an Driver to work with developmentally disabled adults in their Adult-Day program at Spectrum Vocational: Ensuring the safety of assigned clients throughout work day. Supervising completion of work assigned to unit and conduct group training and informational activities during down time. Developing and implementing Individual Support Plans (ISP) with each client relating to work skills training.
This position also requires driving clients to and from the workshop. Candidates must be able to meet and maintain PACE requirements to be certified.
*Weekday work schedule (Monday-Friday,aproximately 7:30am-4:30pm/ flexibility of hours due to driving requirements for position)

High School Diploma or GED. (Some college a plus). 1 year of experience with DD population, preferred. Must be at least 21 years of age. Must have a valid IL drivers license, proof of auto insurance and a clean driving record, with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 5 years. Must be able to meet and maintain PACE requirements for driving portion of the position.
