Responsibilities to include: Project/program coordination Schedule and database management Internet research Contract preparation Compose/Edit correspondence and reports Act as liaison to team members, outside contacts and institutions Customer service Day-to-day administrative support
QUALIFICATIONS: 2-4+ years of experience within medical, academic, or association Bachelor’s degree preferred Advanced proficiency: MS Office Suite and database management, scheduling in Outlook Strong follow-through and attention to detail Ability to work independently, prioritize and stay organized within fast-paced, team-oriented environment Polished, professional, friendly demeanor with customer service focus Outstanding oral/written (writing, proofreading/editing) communication skills
