We are in need of an Office Manager in our main location in Arlington Heights to support the daily functions of our IT, Transportation, and Operations departments.
The Office Manager is responsible for billing and ordering supplies. In addition the Office Manager provides communication and support for all staff and a wide variety of other tasks. The Office Manager will be assisting the Operations, IT, and Transportation departments in maintaining files and records relevant to the departments, and will be supporting the activities and documentation of these departments.

Required Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED
At least 1 year of general office experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Fluent in speaking Spanish is highly preferred
