Assist the Executive Director as a responsible member of the Executive Management team. Oversees, directs, administers, and coordinates the integrated operational activities of NNHSC in support of policies, goals and objectives established by the Executive Director.
Oversee development and maintenance of appropriate and effective initiatives under a total quality management program. Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory accrediting and licensing bodies.
Responsible for monitoring compliance with NNHSC’s strategic, health care plan, administrative plan goals, and objectives.
Develop, implement and revise policies and procedures to promote effective communication and adequate information flow within the organization.
Oversee facilities, development, comprehensive services and WIC; coordinate, arrange, and approve physical space allocations, and departmental resources for daily operations.
Monitor and evaluate operational effectiveness; lead change required for improvement - spearhead development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes. Make necessary recommendations to Executive Director.
Assist the Executive Director to develop, implement and revise policies and procedures as well as monitor compliance.
Work in collaboration with members of the Senior Management Team to ensure effective compliance granting, agency requirements management reporting, accreditation remains and other operational issues.
Other related duties.
Master’s degree required. Senior/executive level management in an ambulatory care setting. Familiar with Health Information Systems.
