ChildServ is currently seeking an intern to provide support to the Human Resources department. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone interested in the recruiting aspect Human Resources. This is an unpaid internship. ChildServ is accessible to the CTA Blue line. (Located by O'Hare airport).
Internship Summary: The HR Recruiting Intern will assist with the recruiting process by:
Assist with on-boarding/off-boarding process (job postings, interview packets, new hire packets, reference checks)
Organize & maintain personnel files
Various HR projects
• Candidate should be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field • Must be team oriented with a high level of professionalism • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task • Computer proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Must be able to commit to working a minimum of 2 days per week. This is an unpaid internship.
