This newly created position will administer the certification program at CHI, a new quality initiative to be launched in early 2018. They will serve as the main point of contact for individuals seeking to become a Centering Certified Facilitator (CCF) or Centering Certified Trainer (CCT), a rigorous credentialing process that recognizes the expertise and facilitative leadership of Centering group facilitators across the country.
This is a part-time (.5) entry level position and can be based out of our Boston office or a remote home office. This role reports to the Senior Director of Engagement and Innovation.
Administration of the certification program including, but not limited to, the following:
Screening of individual certification applications
Coordination of electronic submissions, including follow up to obtain workshop records and other troubleshooting
Maintaining accurate contact records in Salesforce
Program tracking, analysis and reporting
Engaging with CCF and CCT groups through online updates and email communications
Working with Director of Innovation, coordinating and participating in virtual meetings
Experience, Skills & Attributes
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent life experience
Proficiency with Salesforce, MS Office products and Google applications; able to learn new IT platforms and tools quickly and effectively use them in work processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to communicate and work effectively across all levels of an organization
Positive, customer service-oriented attitude
Resourceful, flexible and able to creatively problem-solve
Organized and attentive to details
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a busy, shared office
