Build supportive relationship with program participants and provide client-centered support around program participants' identified needs
Deliver responsible parenting activities to program participants
Receive training on the 24/7 Dads and Boot Camp for New Dads curricula
Implement the evidenced-based 24/7 Dads and Boot Camp for New Dads curricula
Assist in organizing family events and encourage client participation at such events
Refer program participants for therapeutic services suchas Family Therapy and DV evaluation/counseling, as well as peer support groups such as SFI Dad's Cafe's and Partnering with Parents
Maintain a high level of accurate and timely documentation for purposes of data collection
Responsible for accurate reporting of the services provided by counselor to program participants
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Requires a minimum of one to two years' relevant experience working with low-income fathers.
High school diploma or GED
