WE is seeking a Recruitment Specialist (RS) who will be responsible for outreach and recruitment of individuals for the Healthcare Bridge Programs. The RS must be able to act as a liaison between community-based healthcare bridge programs and potential students. The RS will work in collaboration with the Senior Program Manager who will lead the project. Knowledge of the hardest-to-serve population and metrics-driven programs are a plus.
Develop and maintain a wide network of resources, to support partnering organizations with marketing and recruitment strategies, including; innovative ways to reach diverse populations.
Work closely with WE’s partners to coordinate information sessions to increase the number of bridge enrollments; including planning and organizing offsite recruitment events.
Respond to inquiries from information sessions, including screening candidates for referrals to community partners.
Assist in the creation of presentation materials, including the delivery of PowerPoint presentations.
Meet regularly with the program manager to identify priority work assignments to effectively meet the needs of the bridge project.
Collect, organize, and analyze data to create reports.
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of motor vehicle insurance is required.

Additional Salary Information: This part-time position will pay $20 an hour for 25 hours of work per week.
