The Assistant Director of Program Supports provides direct oversight and leadership to 4 Community Learning Centers (CLC) and Monarch Services. The 4 Community Learning Centers provide day support options to approximately 344 individuals each day. The Assistant Director of Program Supports provides leadership to ensure that each program location offers a variety of meaningful, person centered and community-based activities that support people to achieve their personal goals.
Interacts with individuals and fellow RGA Team Members to reflect the agency's mission and values.
Conduct, communication and decision-making reflects respect for the organization, integrity and professionalism, and is consistent with agency mission and values.
Provide leadership and direction in the design of activities and community experiences that reflect the priorities of individuals served and mission of the organization.
Ensure a culture of positive interactions and engagement.
Consistently spends quality time at each CLC/Monarch program enhancing the activities offered.
Provides direct supervision to 3 Lead CLC Life Skill Instructors, 1 Administrator of Monarch services and indirectly oversees 13 LSI's and 52 DSPs.
Ensures that all new employees receive a coordinated and comprehensive onboarding to their new position, including completion of OJT.
Works proactively and positively to promote the CLC and other RGA Services.
Bachelors Degree in a Relevant Field.
Valid Driver's License
Must successfully complete all background checks, HCWR and State police checks.
1-3 years of previous supervisory experience.
Previous QIDP experience preferred.
Sitting/prolonged standing, lifting 75 pounds, ability to support individuals in transfer.
Computer/MS Office skills.
