Responsible for assisting with Near North's fundraising, marketing, and public relations activities. This may include, but is not limited to: donor solicitation, cultivation, tracking and acknowledgement, marketing outreach, and public/media relations coordination.
Coordinates departmental administrative workflow for all grant making, marketing events and fundraisers.
Maintains all mailing lists, departmental databases and activity files.
Creates, updates and generates reports and spreadsheets for department and executive use.
Conducts assigned research and follow-up for department staff projects.
Collects and prepares monthly department and board reports.
Advanced spreadsheet and database skills
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Good writing skills
Associates required. Bachelors preferred.
2-4 years of office/administrative support experience. Must have excellent time management skills and comfortable working under pressure.
Saturday hours, evening hours and/or may be required to work at a different site.
