We are seeking a Regional Vice President to join our Leadership team and oversee community development and service delivery in the Central and Northern regions of Illinois. The Regional Vice President will directly supervise Site Directors in each region. As the Regional Vice President, you will work collaboratively with all corporate departments, including Finance, as you help to develop and monitor regional budgets, and Development, as you seek new funding opportunities for continued and expanded service delivery. The Regional Vice President is also the primary liaison between the agency and Regional Advisory Boards, and the public face of the agency in regional community and legislative events.

Regional Vice President responsibilities include:
Directly supervise Site Directors with a focus on reflective coaching, ongoing opportunities for growth and development, and formal training and evaluation.
Maintain regular on-site presence with an equal amount of time spent in each region.
Ensure programs and services delivered in the regions operate within the Agency’s policies, procedures and practices.
Work collaboratively with the Finance Department to develop and monitor annual budgets.
Work collaboratively with the Development Department to explore funding possibilities for agency programs with public/private resources, including developing programs, plans, budgets and negotiating contracts with these funding sources.
Work to assess local community needs and determine how these can be met within the region and agency purposes, goals and objectives.
Serve as primary liaison to Regional Advisory Boards.
Represent the Agency in the community and with government entities.
Master’s Degree in Social Work or other human service field required.
Minimum of 10 years human service experience with an emphasis on management skills required.
Professional background that includes a wide range of social work practice experiences including history of working with diverse partnerships in a community setting.
Minimum of five years of progressive supervisory and administrative experience required including business and program development.
Demonstrated experience in building teams and providing reflective supervision and coaching preferred.
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation required.
