Conducts community health workshops, trainings, and events that promote wellness. Assists in the implementation of community health education and research projects. Assists with the organization and staffing of agency health fairs, blood drives, and other health promotion events. Documents services and deliverables following program guidelines.
Bachelor’s degree in public health, nutrition, or healthcare preferred.
Experience working with diverse populations, schools, and community groups.
Experience as a trainer or educator, facilitating health and wellness curriculum preferred.
Bilingual Spanish/English required.
Reliable and independent transportation.
Flexibility to work evening and weekend hours to meet program operations and needs.
Valid IL driving license and proof of automobile liability insurance preferred.
