About the role:
Develop tracking systems and tools to monitor contract compliance
Design and review forms created on Wufoo
Serve as liaison for statewide partners regarding contract requirements, technical assistance, baseline level, report review and quarterly update calls
Process and track delivery partner workshop reimbursements
Manage data/referral systems integration
Monitor workshops in Workshop Wizard
Receive and track utilization data from referral partners
Track and monitor HIPAA compliance
Facilitate workshops as required
Perform patient screening and reminder calls as needed
Who you are:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Master’s degree preferred
A minimum of two years of work experience in data management, website management and developing evaluation tools
Experienced in developing reports in data management systems
Ability to create and manage Squarespace websites
Knowledge of Workshop Wizard, Wufoo systems a plus
Previous experience in account management for reimbursement processing
Background in HIPAA compliance and management
Proven ability to work cooperatively with community based organizations
Well developed interpersonal and communication skills.
