Under the direction of the Director of Program Operations, the Program Manager provides supervision of staff, as well as implementation, evaluation and assistance in the development of programming. The Program Manager writes reports and maintains contract compliances. Works within the community to develop relationships and secure referral sources. The goal of the program is to provide direct service to client, accomplished through individual, group and family counseling, outreach in the community, collaboration with referral sources.
Master's degree required
CWEL (Child Welfare Education for Leadership) Certification is required
Experience working with at-risk youth and families
Must obtained a passed 402 Test score
Valid Illinois drivers’ license, ownership of or ready access to an insured vehicle and a clear driving record required
