Position Summary:Under the direction of the Associate Program Manager and Program Coordinator, the Own the Bone Program Assistant helps support the Own the Bone team in the development and execution of special projects to advance the program in meeting its objectives. S/he manages an array of project management support, including analysis of the client site database and of the patient registry data, communications initiatives, site implementation materials, operational issues, program website, helping to prepare exhibit and subscriber materials, and assisting with annual invoicing processes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supporting the Own the Bone team in performing diverse projects and administrative tasks in the support and execution of the program.
Developing reports on performance of participating sites on program implementation and tracking/monitoring their progress and activities.
Researching and tracking information on prospective healthcare institutions and assisting the Program Coordinator with follow-up.
Work with the Own the Bone team to develop effective marketing and communication materials.
Updating and developing new Own the Bone website content and PowerPoint presentations.
Assisting with the development and/or improvement of program materials to support client sites.
Maintaining and updating client databases and assisting with the creation of target lists for marketing of prospective sites and event attendees.
Conducting data analysis on program progress.
Preparing biannual client site data reports.
Assists with logistics for onsite and external meetings, and exhibits and prepares exhibit materials, member materials for newly enrolled client sites and informational packets for prospective healthcare institutions.
