Exceptional TEMP-TO-HIRE opportunity for experienced Program Coordinator
Location: DOWNTOWN CHICAGO
RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE:
Day-to-day operations and member service responsibilities
Attendee registration/enrollment coordination
Creating/monitoring communication and correspondence
Assisting with event coordination and development of educational materials
Acting as liaison to software vendors, team members, and outside contacts
Process improvement and records management
Additional tasks, as required
Some travel and occasional evening/weekend hours
Bachelor’s degree REQUIRED/Master's degree a plus
Two + years of administrative/project management experience within NFP/academic/healthcare environment preferred
Outstanding oral/written communication, critical thinking, and relationship development skills
Ability to quickly and accurately analyze/summarize information
High level of energy, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and stay focused within fast-paced environment
ADVANCED PROFICIENCY: MS Office Suite
Tech savvy, ability to quickly learn new software applications
Client/customer service focus
Self-motivated and team-oriented
