Thresholds Mothers Project is seeking a full-time Clinical Therapist for its Pregnant and Parenting Teens Transitional Living Program. This program works with young women 17 1/2 to 21 years of age and is a one-of-a-kind operation that provides comprehensive services to young adult mothers and their children, with the goals of supporting healthy family bonds and assisting each mother in transitioning to adulthood at her highest capacity. The Thresholds Mothers Project is well known for our comprehensive services, which include housing, case management, therapy, psychiatry, parent coaching, and an in-house Early Learning Center for the children.
The Clinical Therapist provides individual, group, and some family therapy to the young adult mothers in the program. The Clinical Therapist works very closely with the treatment team to create effective treatment plans, utilizing best clinical practices in therapy and milieu. The Clinical Therapist also contributes to clinical meetings and staffings, and participates in clinical data collection and outcomes tracking. LCSW/LCPC strongly preferred. Come and join the team!
At a minimum, master’s degree in social work or counseling is required.
LCSW or LCPC preferred
Previous experience working with people who have co?occurring psychiatric and substance use disorders, and providing trauma interventions for people with complex trauma histories is strongly preferred.
