We are looking for advocates, mentors, teachers, supporters and caregivers and anyone that wants a career that can make a difference in someone's life! Our employment opportunities include direct care positions in beautiful homes and adult learning programs. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- teaching life skills
- supporting with daily living skills and personal support needs
- supporting individuals to be active members of their communties
- maintaining a safe, healthy and comfortable environment
- respecting and supporting dignity, privacy and confidentiality
- providing and seeking out opportunities for choices
- assisting to develop healthy relationships
- assisting with conflict resolution
- providing opportunities for activities various settings and transportation as needed
- completing needed reporting and documentation
- assisting with medication administration

We are hiring for the following schedules:
1st shift - Adult Learning Program sites, part time (North Chicago, Mount Prospect)
2nd shift - CILAs (3pm-11pm with Saturday and/or Sunday, full time/part time)
3rd shift (overnights)
Must meet minimum requirements:
valid driver's license and clean driving record
minimum of high school education/GED
ability to lift up to 44lbs
