Lambs Farm is seeking an experienced individual to oversee its CILA program for people with developmental disabilities. Lambs Farm offers 2 to 5 person CILA homes in the surrounding communities. The Position responsibilities include supervision of direct support staff, knowledge of physical plant maintenance, staffing coverage, program development and planning, compliance with state, federal, local and agency standards and procedures.
This position requires a bachelor’s degree in related human service field with 1-2 years of experience working with people with developmental disabilities. You must have a QIDP certification or be able to obtain within a year, DSP certification, 5 years of supervisory experience is preferred, strong interpersonal and organizational skills plus verbal written and computer skills. You must have valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
