Description: Manage identification, cultivation, solicitation, recognition, and stewardship of individual donors to the RSNA Research & Education Foundation.
Develop and implement annual and ad-hoc individual donation fundraising campaigns, including to RSNA membership, Presidents Circle members, Grant Recipients, online and monthly donor and meeting attendees, as well as other identified prospects.
Increase participation in planning giving programs through awareness efforts, marketing, coordination of seminars, and new ways to give.
Manage Annual Meeting donor recognition and functions, including Donor Suite, Distinguished Donor Reception and Corporate Donor Reception, in collaboration with Meetings Department.
Work collaboratively with Fund Development staff and volunteers to identify, research, and prepare proposals for fundraising initiatives.
Facilitate the work of the Individual Giving Subcommittee including preparation of meeting agenda materials and coordination of volunteers.
Monitor donor benefit trends and provide recommendations for changes when appropriate to ensure donor benefits are relevant to donors' changing needs.
Manage marketing and promotion for individual giving activities.
Oversee receipt of contributions, database order entry, online donation processing and procedures to thank and properly recognize donors.
Use Personify to meet R&E Foundation needs, including reporting, analysis, and ensure accurate and timely data records and data storage.
Maintain R&E Foundation website to ensure proper recognition for donors and up-to-date information on Foundation programs.
Assist with development and production of Foundation newsletter.
Bachelors Degree or equivalent required
Four (4) years experience in a fundraising environment
Success developing and implementing individual giving campaigns
Success cultivating and soliciting annual gifts
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Proficient in all standard office and database software programs
Excellent telephone, customer service and interpersonal skills
Self-starter able to manage multiple projects
Flexible functioning in team environment
Willingness to work occasional early morning, evening or weekend hours as requested
Willingness to travel occasionally to meet donors as needed
