The FASS worker is responsible for activities working with high risk pregnant and parenting moms ages 13-25. Services are available to moms living on the west and southside of Chicago. Services include administering various assessments and in-home parent/ child visits. The successful candidate wll be responsible for supporting and participating with their moms in group services. Groups are provided with a focus on development stages of babies and parenting skill levels.
Bi-lingual a plus. BA/BS degree in Early Childhood Education or related behavioral health field and 2 years experience working with children and families. AA degree with home visiting or early childhood experience will be considered. Must have an automobile and valid driver's license and insurance.
