Under the direction of the VP of Community Outreach and Education, the Community Outreach and Education Manager will play a key role in identifying and connecting The Cradle with appropriate partners to foster and develop synergistic relationships that align with The Cradle’s strategic plan. This position is responsible for creating proposals based on a thorough understanding of the organization’s portfolio, cultivating strategic partnerships with third party organizations/companies, and presenting integrated go-to-market solutions that drive tangible results. As an integral member of The Cradle’s management team, this position will be responsible for increasing value by staying current with competitive adoption industry trends.

Sales experience required
Must have a reliable vehicle and show proof of driver’s license and vehicle insurance
Occasional late hours and weekends required
Strong organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize and delegate while delivering results
Strong communication skills (including verbal, non-verbal, written and presentation) and active listening skills
Must be good at prospecting and closing
Excellent time management skills is a must
Minimum of 5 years in direct client contact with proven track record in sales
Strong relationship builder with a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and external clients
Proven results exceeding goals in a customer-centric, results-driven environment
Previous experience in successful strategic sales planning, execution and analysis
Proven leadership ability to influence, develop and empower others to achieve objectives with a team approach
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to easily engage others in dialogue
Convey sincere interest in building and deepening relationships, demonstrating a commitment to providing personalized service
Ability to build solid relationships with teammates, business partners and specialists by fostering teamwork, partnership and collaboration
