JOB SUMMARY: Coordinates, trains and supervises job coaches to ensure the duties are carried out effectively and efficiently in accordance with Agency standards.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Administers training for program participants.
Coordinates the schedules of program participants.
Maintains case files in accordance with regulatory and Agency standards.
Provides supportive services and career guidance for participants.
Instructs employers on addressing disabilities in the workplace.
Contacts employers after placement to ensure satisfaction with program participant’s performance.
Arranges and maintains all inventory supplies for all work sites in accordance with OSHA and CARF standards.
Coordinates program curriculum focusing on job preparation, interviewing and retention.
Provides vocational rehabilitation counseling and other supportive services to program participants as needed.
Assists businesses and customers to achieve appropriate accommodations.
Acts as an advocate for Agency services and program participants.
Associates degree from accredited college or technical school required.
Two to five years of job-related prior experience required.
Valid, current driver’s license required.
Successful completion of CPR, First Aid, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention and Chemical Safety Training courses required.
