About Camp of Dreams
Camp of Dreams is a Chicago-based program devoted to bringing free educational programs to young people who might otherwise go without. We accomplish this through a year-round project consisting of three complementary components: a five-week summer camp, which this year will include a 5-day residential camping experience, After School and Saturday school year program. Our project as a whole seeks to enhance the Mind, Body, and Spirit of each dreamer through activities involving Academics, Creative Arts, Athletics and Character Development. Through these activities, dreamers are better able to make informed, healthy life choices and be well-rounded, active community members.
