How You'll Help Patients
Escorts patients to examination rooms and prepares patients for examination and treatment, by interviewing patients and measuring vital signs. Documents all information in the patient chart
Performs and documents daily set up, stocking, maintenance of appropriate supply levels, cleaning of all clinical areas and equipment (including the washing and sterilization of instruments).
Give instructions to patients as instructed by physician or mid-level provider
Ensures compliance with GEFCC quality assurance and risk management standards.
Follows all Primary Care Medical Home (PCMH) policies and procedures.
Provides care in age appropriate fashion according to specialty.
Maintain HIPAA compliance

What You'll Need
Requires high school diploma or GED
Provides proof of program completion from an approved CNA program
Possession of a current BLS
Bilingual in Spanish is required
