The Thresholds Motivent Total Health, a multi-specialty group practice in the western suburbs, is growing and looking for part-time licensed therapists to join our practice. If you want to grow as a clinician in a nurturing environment where clinician support and professional development are integral to the success of the practice, you may be interested in applying for a position with us. We are seeking experienced therapists who believe that people can and do, change their lives with support and treatment. This position offers the opportunity to grow and develop, consult and collaborate with colleagues, and facilitate groups or workshops. Candidates must be licensed in the state of Illinois (LCPC, LCSW, Ph.D., PsyD), have a National Provider Identification (NPI) number, a completed CAQH application, and must carry their own professional liability insurance. Candidates should have 3-5 years of clinical experience working with youth, adults, couples, and/or families.

Graduate degree in Counseling/Clinical Psychology or Social Work: MA, MS, Ph.D., PsyD
Current Illinois License and professional liability insurance
Two years’ experience post-licensure
Ability to work independently, be very detail oriented and highly organized, have excellent written and verbal skills
Flexible schedule to fill available daytime, evening, and weekend hours
