Plans, develops, coordinates, and provides day to day operational oversight to the Family Literacy Program serving up to 25 children ages 6 weeks-5 years. The coordinator will integrate early learning/education and family literacy standards and best practices into daily programming to ensure the provision of effective and quality child care. Implements daily child care/early childhood education programming which includes developmentally appropriate learning activities and family literacy activities to children ages 6 weeks-5 years.
BA degree in early education, child development or other relevant discipline required.
Experience with at-risk children and families for at least 2 years or more preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Ability to flex working hours.
