Responsible for the development and implementation of plans and strategies for person receiving supports with developmental disabilities and mental illness
Maintains, reviews and evaluates pertinent data relative to each individual’s growth and development
Guides the team in treatment/support needs to ensure correct implementation of services
Provides training to direct care staff as indicated
Additional tasks may be assigned based upon the needs of the department
Bachelor’s degree in a human service field and at least one year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and mental illness. Additional qualifications include: balancing, pulling, pushing, standing, climbing, grasping, stooping, crouching, crawling, kneeling, reaching, lifting, repetitive motion, pushing wheelchairs, and lifting up to 40 pounds
