Administrative Support, Database Management, Program Management
Qualified candidate will be extremely detail-oriented with strong inter-personal skills, initiative, ability to handle multiple tasks and to work independently.
Position is responsible for scheduling Peer Counselor appointments, entering program evaluation data, generating frequent reports from data, general office duties, and creating marketing materials.
This is a 15 hour per week position. The position includes some evenings and weekends as is necessary to attend/manage events. Benefits include 15 paid holidays.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
General administrative activities including general written and e-communication correspondence, file maintenance and data management
Maintaining calendar and prepare and distribute meeting/appointment notices and material
Serve as the key contact and schedule coordination to Peer Counselors
Managing data base from various programs for accuracy
Generating reports based on data entry for needed reporting procedures
Creating new marketing materials for changing workshops; distributing as necessary
Keeping website updated and current for Resource Support pages
Ensure all evaluations and statistics from programs are reported in a timely manner
Maintaining all statistical spreadsheets and keeping them up to date in excel
All other duties as assigned.
Highly skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Publisher
Strong time management skills
Concise verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail is a must
Ability to summarize and extrapolate important information from meetings and conversations for developing new forms and documents
A commitment to recovery, choice, and empowerment for people with a serious mental illness and their family members on the road to recovery
Ability to establish a trusting relationship with volunteers, via excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work with diverse populations
Can work well under pressure; demonstrates flexibility
Previous administrative experience preferred
Experience that is a plus:
Knowledge of Apricot data base
Work in Word Press
Work in social media outlets
