Come join the Child Welfare team at Jewish Child and Family Services! Our holistic approach to reunifying and helping families heal encourages true collaboration among Child Welfare case managers, clinicians, families, and foster parents – we know that when we work together and develop strong relationships, there are better outcomes for the kids and families we serve. The JCFS Child Welfare program pays close attention to leadership and supervisory support; while the work is challenging, you will have the support and guidance of a skilled supervisor. Our program model encourages professional and personal growth and pays attention to the overall health and well-being of our employees.
Families come to the JCFS Child Welfare program after something so serious has occurred, that the state determines the family cannot live together. The work of a JCFS Child Welfare employee is to help families find the path to come back together, in the way that’s right for them. We do this difficult and rewarding work through collaboration, trauma awareness, and a curious approach to family dynamics, culture and race.
We are always excited to add to our team of hard working and dedicated employees, please take a moment and see if this is the right job for you!
