Little Friends is currently seeking a compassionate, caring,, dynamic individual for the position of Community Support Manager in our adult residential program.
The Community Support Manager is responsible for the overall coordination and operation of assigned Community Living sites. The position also directly supervises, trains and develops the staff on their assigned caseload (Community Support Specialists and Support Staff).

Community Living Services helps adults with autism and other developmental disabilities live in apartments, condominiums and single-family homes as independent members of the community. Intermittent or 24-hour support is provided based on each individual's needs. The agency strives to help each of its clients enjoy the freedom to shape their own lifestyles and make decisions about their homes, friends and how they spend their time. Clients also receive help accessing resources such as Medicaid, food (LINK) assistance and Social Security.
Bachelor's in Special Education, Psychology or Social Service field plus at least 1-2 years experience working with DD population in a residential setting preferred.
Without degee-candidate must have 5 years experience in field.
*Prior supervisory experience preferred.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Valid IL driver's license, reliable transportation and good driving record required.
