The Behavioral Health Outpatient intake case manager is responsible for the provision of or oversight of intake and assessment services to all adult clients who are diagnosed with persistent mental illness, seeking services in BHOP, AOD and PSR. The Intake Coordinator is expected to work with a team of service providers within the agency and throughout the social service community to insure that all needs of clients are met.
Provision of assessment, counseling, skills training and case management services to a caseload of clients who are diagnosed with persistent mental illness disorders. Services are provided in both group and individual treatment settings.
Assignment of clients to case managers’ caseloads.
Supervision of the Front Desk Support Staff including hiring, training and evaluation.

Master’s degree in a human services field
LPC, LCPC, LSW, or LCSW at time of hire or Within 2 years of date of hire
At least 1 year of experience in behavioral health preferred
