Reporting directly to the COO, the Project Manager acts as a central point of contact between all stakeholders for various projects and is responsible for coordinating the day to day aspects of our deliverables to ensure that they are on time and on budget. Ideal candidates for Project Manager should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting, and analysis. You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks. you also need to be a team player and have a problem-solving aptitude. Specific project manager duties include developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation and delivering every project on time within budget and scope.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following duties: Develop, execute and manage detailed work plans (aligned with grants and proposals) that identify and sequence activities needed to successfully complete the project to produce high quality SEL offerings.
Schedule and maintain project meetings and coordinate logistics, including; taking meetings notes, tracking next steps, drafting and distributing agendas, pre-reads, and other materials, coordinating with internal staff as needed.
Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Identify, manage and resolve issues as they arise throughout the project life cycle
Manage the scope of a project and facilitate the change management process for deviations from scope.
Ensure projects adhere to grants and proposals.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
Other duties as assigned.
