We have a great opportunity for someone with Payroll experience to join our dedicated and caring team as a Finance Coordinator.
Payroll functions include performing bi-weekly payroll, accounting, and administrative duties. Duties must adhere to the Accounting Policies. 60% of position
Accounts payable includes timely processing of all approved invoices/check requests, assisting staff with proper submission of invoices/check requests and properly coding and entering them into the general ledger systems. 40% of position
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Two years of payroll experience required
In addition, accounts payable experience preferred.
Must be very accurate with numbers and details.
Proficient in Excel
Experienced in accounting software applications. Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills
Attention to Detail
Ability to pass background, Fingerprinting & drug test.
