Our client, a global not-for-profit foundation is seeking an experienced Corporate Receptionist for a phenomenal TEMP-TO-HIRE opportunity!
Location: Downtown (Loop) Chicago
RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE:
Front desk reception
Work as part of administrative team to coordinate support services and operations
Act as liaison to staff members, vendors, and Office of the Building
Greet guests and answer incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
Maintain organized reception area
Fulfill staff requests and update schedules
Reserve conference rooms and assist with meeting set-up
Process invoices and expenses
Order office supplies and maintain office furniture inventory
Sort incoming/outgoing mail
Calmly handle emergencies
Monitor staff/guest entrance/exits from elevator area
Additional administrative and clerical tasks, as assigned
High School diploma required
Previous experience managing phone system and front desk reception area
Strong client/customer service focus
Outstanding interpersonal, oral/written communication, and organizational skills
Prompt arrival and attendance a MUST
Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
Knowledge of Workspeed work order system a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
