The BCBA will provide behavior services and therapy for person served in the Adult Residential Program The BCBA will work with agency staff in assigned programs to identify persons served needs and provide programming for person served and consultation and training for staff. Attend scheduled person served and staff meetings in regards to staffing and additionally assigned meetings to assist staff.
Will conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for person served referred by program directors. Provide ongoing revisions, training's, follow ups and consultative supports as needed thereafter.
Work Days/Times: Generally 11am-7pm, will include some weekends.
Minimum of 2 years experience in using various Applied Behavior Analysis methods including but not limited to skill acquisition, assessment, clinical supervision, adaptive skill building, behavior plans, functional assessment and analysis and working with parents.
Additional Salary Information: Compensatory with experience
