Administrative Support, Case Management/Social Services
Secretary-Children's Residential Group Home
Responsible for providing clerical support and receptionist duties to the Program Director of the Group Home. Duties include typing, filing, copying, establishing and maintaining database and Excel spreadsheets. Must be able to multi task. Must be able to communicate and interact diplomatically with special needs children, parents and licensing representatives. Assist GH staff with children when needed.
Work Days/Times: Monday-Friday, flexibility with days/times
Hours per week: 24 hours per week, 4 days per week
Location: Naperville/Glen Ellyn
HS diploma/GED required. Experience with DD population a plus.
Must have comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, Power Point a plus.
Required to complete Direct Service Professional training.
