Provide clinical oversight and operations management of the mental health services provided by the SOARR Behavioral Health Department, ensure evidence based and best practice standards are applied interventions to support the goals of all individuals and support growth of the SOARR Behavioral Health department to include services expansion by geography, service type and reimbursement source.
Provide professional, clinical guidance to support and help develop the mental health professionals.
Advise on administration, implementation and monitoring of clinical services in adherence to Rule 132.
Ensure compliance with all required documentation and assessment due dates per Rule 132.
Advise on service delivery to align with accreditation and DHS standards as well as best clinical practices.
Provide clinical oversight of the treatment planning process, goals & objectives, LOCUS development and Mental Health Assessments assigned to all SOARR staff to ensure Rule 132 compliance and determine medical necessity.
Provide appropriate amount of clinical supervision of SOARR QMHP’s in accordance with Rule 132.
Advise on clinical service expansion and diversification to meet the needs of members and the community at large, including expansion of Sensory and Talk Therapy services into additional markets.
Assure maximum utilization of available services by implementing strategies to boost and/or maintain attendance for clinical services
Coordinate clinical service outings and events throughout the year.
Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
MA in Psychology or related field plus 1 year related experience.
Valid license and acceptable drivers record required, eligibility for PACE certification preferred
At least two years of individual/group therapy experiences with individual with severe and persistent mental illnesses.
One year of supervisory experience preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and computer skills.
Professional Liability Insurance required.
