Chicago Friends School seeks a Grade 2-3 lead teacher. This is a maternity replacement and the successful candidate will teach for the remainder of the 2019-2020 school year, with option for renewal in following years. This individual will lead a self-contained small (10-student) multi age classroom.

Required experience as early to mid elementary lead teacher is required. Preference will be given to those who have experience in progressive education and mixed age classrooms and a passion for early to middle elementary students.
Bachelor's degree in Education required, Master's degree preferred.
Experience as a lead elementary school classroom teacher required.
Experience in mixed grade and progressive requirements preferred.
