Under the direction of the Director of Behavioral Health, the Program Manager provides supervision of staff, as well as implementation, evaluation and assistance in the development of programming. Writes reports and maintains contract compliances. Works within the community to develop relationships and secure referral sources. The goal of the program is to provide direct service to client, accomplished through individual, group and family counseling, outreach in the community, collaboration with referral sources.
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related
LCP, LSW, LCPC, LCSW, CADC required
Minimum 2 years experience working with at-risk adolescents in the related field
Knowledge of Medicaid rules and Medicaid billing is a plus
