Provides administrative and secretarial services for the pastor and church staff, as well as various committees when requested. This is way more than your ordinary admin job. This person is at the heart of the church's day to day operation and a key to making all things run smoothly.

We are a busy congregation with many programs and activities through the week. This position requires someone who can manage many things at once, is organized, likes a lively and fun atmosphere, and does not fluster easily. Whether it is pre-schoolers looking for their class, or senior citizens trying to find the dining hall, the office manager is the go-to person for everyone.

Qualifications Education and/or Experiences---Associate degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or two or more years related experiences and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills—Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Mathematical Skills—Ability to effectively use simple math for a variety of purposes.
Reasoning Ability—Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written or oral form.
Computer Skills---To perform this job successfully, an individual must have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, data base proficiencies (PowerChurch), Wordpress and Constant Contact.
AV Skills---Knowledge of sound systems and av equipment for presentations a plus.
Licenses---Possession of a valid driver’s license, preferred.
Additional Salary Information: •30 hours a week: 9-3:30 Tuesday-Friday, 8:30-12:30 Sunday
