Exciting opportunity for experienced social service program professional to launch a new prevention initiative for the Jewish community. This is a new position that will be responsible for developing and implementing programming based on a theory of change and innovative delivery methods that were established during our exploratory/research phase. The ideal candidate will have strong program, people, computer and project management skills. Prior direct experience implementing a new program required. This is a full-time position reporting to the Executive Director.
This new primary prevention program will engage adult Jewish couples, early in committed relationships, to raise awareness and increase knowledge around healthy relationships. The multi-faceted program will incorporate technology, providing couples with tools to enhance positive relationships.

Manage and oversee all aspects of this initiative: Set goals and outcomes Develop a work plan, curriculum and activities to achieve the theory of change Form Advisory Committee to support implementation
Hire, manage and evaluate consultants including: curriculum writer, marketing professional, web strategist, technical lead and evaluation expert Run or oversee focus groups Manage program budget and reporting requirements
Advanced degree in related field
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
Exceptional organizational and management skills with expertise in program, people and project management
Proven experience in navigating organizations, creative problem solving
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish senior-level working relationships and communications
Ability to translate complex topics into easy to understand concepts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong ability to synthesize and represent information for use by multiple audiences
· Strong computer/technology skills including Microsoft Office 365 , program databases, social media and websites
· Fundamental understanding of Jewish culture and traditions along with awareness of Chicago young adult landscape helpful
· After start date, completion of 40-hour Domestic Violence training required
