Responsible for providing leadership for clinical services (Outpatient Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder Treatment Services-including Medication Assisted Treatment) provided to clients, including: daily supervision of Clinical Supervisors; fostering an integrated health environment along with peers; monitoring client satisfaction; monitoring clinical staff production level and incorporating strategies for improvement when needed; conducting in-service training for clinical staff; restructuring programs, and developing and implementing new programs when needed; developing, implementing and improving division Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) assisting clinical staff with integration of managed care criteria/ system and monitor progress; achieving division revenue projections; quality assurance and utilization management using data to drive decisions and recommendations.
Assists Vice President with implementation and monitoring of Performance and Quality Improvement (PQI); with implementation and monitoring agency goals and objectives; in achieving integrated health for all patients.
Attends meetings; provides monthly report to the Vice President; perform other duties as assigned.
Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) Human Service or related field.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or any Licensed Provider of the Healing Arts (LPHA); CADC preferred.
Minimum of four (4) years of direct client services with at least one (1) year of supervisory responsibilities.
Working knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and managed care standards, and Illinois Division of Mental Health/Division of Substance Use and Prevention rules and regulations.
